Great Cruising Experiences

Good value for money. Seen many places with the strain of travelling between remote locations in the hands of the captain and crew. Very much enjoy the peripheral entertainment such as classical pre meal violin guitar and piano before evening meal. Always enjoy the food served in the restaurant which is leisurely and convivial.

It's my first cruise ever so I can only comment on the booking as above

I found the booking service easy to use and you could go back and change things if you needed to. In my case I entered a letter wrong on my e-mail address. I was initially filled with that horror that I wouldn't be able to easily correct the issue, but it turned out to be very simple. I was also pleased to see that a phone number was available should I need it. Some companies hide the phone number that it takes a 2 hour internet search to find it.

Easy to book although expensive for a solo traveller. Love their suites.

I have used Ambassador cruise line's before and was impressed.

Do your research

Mainly user friendly- very important considering the full cost of taking a cruise. Main issue is with lack of details of alternative drinks and privileges packages to the all inclusive on initial offer at time of booking, and the value of the discount by taking the full package at the outset.

Certainly worth a try

Booking my holiday was easy and time efficient. The website is navigable and it seems that from the dashboard that the booking is easy to manage , however there are a few downfalls I'm afraid: 1) I can't seem to work out how to book my parking slot - this option is greyed out and I can't select it which means I have to go through the rigmarole of phoning customer service. 2) The information section is vague and I was unable to find out whether Wifi is included or an added extra and if the latter applies how to arrange it. 3) Whilst not relevant to my booking, I was advised on the Web page that suites are only available to couples and not solo travellers yet I have seen a YouTube video of the Ambience (the vessel I am sailing on) and the host is a solo traveller staying in a suite!!!! These niggles aside I am very pleased with the booking process and really looking forward to my holiday and achieving my ambition of exploring Scandinavia even further.

Very easy to book the excursions, all of which were available and were accurately recorded on the ambassador app once we had selected them.
