Experience was good but would have liked to have got my veterans discount as we both have more than done our bit for country over 50 year between us.

Saw. A Cruise on the web site. Phoned up and spoke to Louise. Explained what i was interested in. She checked on her system and because I had. Checked before phoning I had blocked the system. Louise took my phone number and once the system cleared book the cruise for me. She then phoned back at the time she said that she would and we finished the process. I was very impressed with the way she felt with me and was very friendly. Didn’t make me feel that I was just “another” client. Great asset to the Company and made me feel confident enough to book cruises with Ambassador in the future.
