Telephone booking was easy

This was a telephone booking as I could not find all the answers to my questions on-line before making the booking. The booking agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy and understandable.

Easy to book. Got to choose cabin. Only one downfall. Two names on booking would only take payment from the main name. So had to start again with booking and changed main name. Still booked

April 2026 Holland, Belgium & France cruise.

I booked online. It was an easy transaction and I was able to use my blue light card for an additional discount, plus a half price drinks package. I haven't cruised with Ambassador before, but the booking process was straightforward.

Excellent service. Changed our booking to another. All within 24 hours of our original booking.

I thought all cabins had a fridge it turns out only suites have one went on Ambiance last year and it was fine Ambition just booked but no fridge not happy it did not say anywhere not fridge need it for medication we now have to go to reception evey night its rubbish never again on Ambition

Called regarding the Blue Light Card (BLC) discount for emergency workers, Trevor informed me that I had to be a diamond member to qualify. I don't and I did it without him!
