We booked our cruise online. Everything went smoothly and instructions were easy to follow. Received the confirmation email within minutes. The documents gave lots of information if you required questions etc

Payment processing online doesn't work.

Booking online failed with "there is a problem" and had to call customer service. Took ages to answer and had to transfer funds to pay deposit because despite the online booking not working the funds were locked in my bank account. This made me feel uneasy and although the lady dealing with me was very polite and helpful the process was long winded and felt primitive. Ambassador if you are using web only interface with no printed materials you need to get this right. Online payment processing these days is generally smooth. At time of writing the double deposit is still not refunded, after over a day.
