1st time we booked on-line, last year we booked via agent, was OK but a little daunting.

Response to emails good and any person to person is also good but website contradicted itself, one minute all was fully booked and when revisited cabins available

I adore the value and all ambassador has to offer, I have done six cruises either them now and I loved the choice, the choice to make friends, the choice of what to eat and where, the choice of a lively venue or x quiet space to relax, I love the service, friendliness and carefree atmosphere. I believe it's where I am at my happiest.

Courteous and informed dealing with ambassador. I have had to contact the team at Ambassador in the past, they are always polite and divert you to the correct place for information

Did it all online, surprised how straightforward it was. It’s early days but no major concerns at this stage. The only disappointing thing at this stage is I am now getting numerous emails from you about other cruise offers which I don’t want, especially as I don’t go on the one I have booked for September. I tried to change my email preferences but that system doesn’t work unfortunately. As I first time customer with you would have been nice to be offered some kind of upgrade.
