Call centre staff were very helpful. Website booking was ridiculous in not allowing you to book 2 cabins. I had to book one, then go back onto the website to book the second and hope the cabin I wanted had not been taken.

Getting through to Ambassador

I didn’t have to wait very long for my call to be answered. Adding two people to a booking today was quick and simple.

Have received no confirmation what so ever?????? Booked online tried to set ip an account which states I need to verify my email and absolutely nothing, zilch, zero come through despite 10 attempts resend

Quick response and resolution.

I had a problem with booking the car park in "My Ambassador ". I dropped a line to Ambassador via Facebook, which was replied to in about an hour. Once I responded with car details, it was resolved in minutes. Brilliant service.

Nice cruise line

Very nice cruise line. Ship very clean & all staff very friendly. Bathrooms a bit on the small side but adequate. Main dining room excellent Borough market on the small side & very busy making it hard to find a table at times Overall though would definately use Ambassador again, good value for money

Booking experience

Easy to access booking a cruise all went well and the feedback of what to do next was fine. During the process of booking a suite we would of like a little more information regarding the differences with respect to the cabin numbers. There was not a clear enough detail for us on whether to have one or the other Just a point of observation

Really easy and clear booking with good discount online. Downloaded the App and able to fill in required details. This is not our first cruise with Ambassador and probably won’t be the last 😉

I booked with Julie who was wonderful. I had left two messages for Cameron to call me as he was my initial contact but after three hours I booked with Julie.

The lady who I spoke Ceri was very informative and helpful. I was booking for my son who is partially sighted and she was more than willing to ensure he has large print available for him on board.
