Fast and efficient booking over the phone!

Second cruise booked in a week and once again excellent service. We really can not get enough of Ambassador Cruise Line. I have recommended family and friends and they’ve all had a great time. You really do receive the warmest welcome and sea.

Difficult to find one´s way through the website to submit datas. But when you call Ambassador they are very helpful.

Good, as always. Phone answered promptly and efficiently. We changed our plans recently and this was done with no problem or query. Will be going on more cruises hopefully!

Easy to book online

Online booking straight forward and easy to do. Just booked our second cruise out of Liverpool. Would definitely recommend giving Ambassador a go.

Had contacted Ambassador earlier in month about a cruise. Lady- Louise- said she would call me if any price drop. She kept her promise. Very good service and excellent price. Really good value for money. Checked with friend. Able to go ahead. Booked online today. Overall, easy process but please please get your IT dept to sort out thr drop down boxes for date of birth. Really do not work properly. If companies want customers to use an onlone service, then provide a good customer interface. Also drop down box on this page. If high perecentage of customers from UK, then put that first on list. Happy to discuss the issues.
