Spoke to a lady Kerry.we needed a disabled cabin.. she found one straight away and put it on.hold.She took her time talking with me as I was typing conversation to my friend in Ireland who was doing the cruise with me..Kerry was very patient and ensured I I understood all the details.of the cruise booking,,when we wanted our evening meal time, drinks package and gratuities. After it was booked she gave me the reference number and straight away sent me an email confirming all the details. Kerry was very helpful friendly and professional. A credit to the Ambassador cruise line.
