I couldn’t find all the information online and was a bit wary so decided to call ambassador I had never booked with them before, the gentrification spoke too was very polite and helpful and he put my mind at ease, within in an hour as he told me I had all the booking information sent to me so far very impressed with service and looking forward to our trip

Great cruise line

Great food, wonderful staff, spotlessly clean. First class entertainment, good value for money and all in all a very friendly ship. A nice place to be. I have sailed several times with cunard, and I can say in all honesty the ambassador ship, in particular, ambience is equally as good in every way. Apart from not quite so luxurious, but otherwise, I would recommend it a 100% And we'll certainly sail with ambassador again.

Easy online booking experience

I booked the cruise myself online. I did need to email guest services to link my booking with a friends for meal purposes and this was dealt with speedily.

6 night Xmas Markets cruise on Ambience.

Truly first rate customer service from Ambassador. Attentive and friendly staff in all areas of the ship. Quality of food in all restaurants was really good, with plenty of variety. On board entertainment included song and dance shows, interspersed with drama productions and a great comedian, plus numerous pub quizes and the usual trivia contests. Not forgetting accomplished vocal and classical duos in the various bars and lounges throughout the ship, as well as a great nightcub and disco venue. An enjoyable, traditional British cruise experience with a genuinely friendly and welcoming cruise line.

Staff...dining...cabins....service and all Have done 2 cruises.. And have booked 3rd one.

Very good service

Great cruise company for solo travellers.

Excellent, very informative and personable. I've enjoyed many cruises with Ambassador and have never bothered with other cruise companies because I've been so well looked after by them. I am an older, female solo traveller who is accommodated by only ever dining each evening with other solos. This is just one of the numerous ways I am made to feel comfortable.

Easy to follow booking process with everything clearly explained. Easy to add booking to My Sailings to manage and complete all information. Easy to add car parking to booking and pay using secure system. What is there not to love?

Very good overall, at a very reasonable price, this includes all aspects, especially food in main restaurants and entertainment - excellent Show team & the Theatre at Sea team.
