So easy and user friendly, booked a cruise in minutes and I know from experience all will be smooth. From choosing a cruise, choosing accommodation, deciding on a drinks package or not, simple clicks and all done.

This will be my fourth trip with Ambassador, I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, I have been with other cruise ships, but prefer Ambassador for all the facilities it provided

Just Booked my 3rd Cruise this year . You make it so easy for a solo traveller. Your travel consultants are friendly, helpful and courteous. On board all crew members at all levels make life so easy and fun.. Who else would I cruise with.

User friendly online booking system

The online booking system is simple, intuitive. There are choices during the process, which work well. Once booked everything is then available on a simple dashboard which is easy to access. The dashboard then provides each step needing completion before your holiday begins. Easy, efficient and user friendly.

Embarkation was slick and very quick - the ship is beautiful and the staff are all wonderful, food is delicious and entertainment west end style, brilliant - drinks package is great - the only downers are 1/ internet expensive and keeps dropping they promised me they are working on this and it will improve. 2/ Water is outrageously expensive even a bottle in your room on arrival is £2! 3/ In standard cabins the WC is too close to the shower making it uncomfortable. Have booked again the ships are smaller and friendlier

Very friendly and helpful Nothing is a problem They listen My surname was spelt incorrectly Possibly due to the computer kept on crashing She apologised and said she would call back asap which she did and the booking was made I just wish I could remember her name Was an unusual name The surname was corrected with out any fuss too Well done to bookings and customer relations
