Booking was very easy and quick unlike some. Looking forward to sailing with Ambassador once again. Really enjoyed our last cruise. One of their first around the UK.

Outstanding

We can not praise ambassador cruise line enough. This was our first but definitely not our last. From the time of booking we were kept up with information upto the cruise it self. The price was incredible and I’m sure questionable at the time but believe me ambassador cruise line are outstanding. The staff are so welcoming like you’ve walked into a family for life. From the cabin staff to the Captain that professional care and love shown warms and pulls you in more. Food!!! Well, from entering the Buckingham Restaurant, being shown to your table, the perfect touches just made you feel special. Waiters become friends as they are so caring. We were so lucky to have the full drinks package but when you sit down it’s worth paying for that. We would highly recommend to take a look and maybe dip your toe into that pond as we know from our experiences you well not be disappointed. Well done

Friendly and reasonable to deal with

We have enjoyed cruising with Ambassador. When we had to cancel a cruise because of changes they made they were reasonably quick in accepting that and refunding. We intend to cruise with them again in the future.

Wonderful service

We have never sailed with Ambassador Cruise Line's before but the option to sail from Newcastle certainly attracted us to give them a try. The booking representative we spoke to was very friendly and informative, answering any questions with ease. The booking process was straightforward and we received email confirmation of our holiday within minutes of finishing the call. We are very impressed with the service we received and feel sure the same will be for our upcoming cruise.

Two day waiting time on helpline

No service received still waiting. Despite trying various methods to gain contact including helpline with two day waiting time; I have not heard from anyone.

Having used Ambassador since inception in 2022 the service has not faultered. Customer service is really good, everyone is very friendly but, at the same time, very professional, always there when help is needed. The website is so easy to use, you can find what you're looking for very quickly.
