Excellent. The waiting staff, the chefs, the bar staff and the entertainment team all seemed to enjoy their work which made for a happy environment. The cabin staff were also very helpful and friendly. The food selection was good and the restaurants were clean. You could do as much or as little as you wanted as there was always something going on. Overall I enjoyed the whole cruise experience and found it excellent value for money.

Wonderful service to the girls in reservations very happy with the booking

At first I had trouble. I needed to ask a question regarding transfer from the docks to London Victoria my room then disappeared but came back and I got an upgrade so very happy and looking forward to my Christmas market.
