Why have I been sent a survey ?

I’m not actually sure why I have received 2 emails asking me for feedback . I have literally , 3 days ago , booked our 1st cruise on Ambassador . I booked it online , picked our cabin , made dining reservations and paid the deposit all on line , without speaking to anyone . The system worked and that’s all I can say for now !

Service was excellent all over the ship. Coffee shop, restaurants, reception, everywhere you went on board the staff were so friendly and helpful. The ship is cosy and intimate. The bar areas are really lovely. Restaurants are so welcoming. Ive fallen in love with this beautiful ship.
