Five star service booking my first cruise

The member of staff that processed my booking, Kerry I think, was wonderful. She was able to see the issue with my online booking and resolved it immediately. The advice that she gave me was helpful as this will be my first cruise.

Good cruise line easy to use website.

Easy to access and to navigate the Ambassador site and the follow up online system is also clear and simple. Only issue is you can get cheaper prices if you use other booking sites hence the removal of a star.

I did everything online and it was easy to find the information I needed. The price was really good, with special Black Friday deals. the choice of cruises was really good and we found exactly what we were looking for.

Easy booking with friends.

Booking was easy. We were on line booking alongside friends who are coming with us. This meant we could discuss choices at each stage to make sure we booked the same. This lead ultimately with us having consecutive booking references. I was then able to email details of booking references in order to link our bookings.

Easy to navigate website

This is the first time I booked for next year with Ambassador. The booking experience was very good, easy to navigate website and easy to book. No hidden charges.

George was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the itineraries we were interested in. Never no pressure and the availability to speak to the travel desks is great. They are always happy to answer questions. The cruise booking then follows thru with the emails of confirmation.
