Rebooking Ambassador

Having taken previous cruises with Ambassador I have always found the online booking process to be straightforward and efficient. Our past experience of the previous cruises encouraged going for this new trip. We have always found all the crew to be polite, helpful and efficient. Due to the smaller ships size the proximity to cities from docking gives for better/longer time ashore if desired.

The booking was straightforward and largely intuitive

Cut off on the phone after 25 minute wait to get through

Waited 25 minutes to get through on the phone. But then got cut off and no attempt was made to call me back. Black Friday deal didn’t apply to my chosen cruise. Booked online at full price, so successful in making the booking, but rather disappointed with the process!

Good site could do with a bit more detail of the packages

Good website but a little difficult to find specific information. Also not enough detail about the drinks packages which seem quite expensive.
