Easy to book, good value & a great mini cruise to look forward to, looking forward to trying Ambition as really enjoyed Ambiance earlier in the year.

The phone was slow being answered as rang several times before answered. I 1st rang between 16.30 and 17.00 and it wasn't answered on both numbers and the 2nd 0800 number was to pay deposit, it would be useful to have a quick answer with a message to let caller know they are through to Ambassador and department needed.

Efficient booking service

Very helpful and efficient. Explained all my options and sent confirmation promptly. No problems atall.

Easy to book but do your homework on the drinks package offering!

Very easy to book; good black Friday prices for first cruise. Will review the cruise line properly after we have had our cruise - so this review is for the booking only. One issue - why offer up front the base and the top drinks package? It would be more honest to mention the intermediate drinks package too?

Excellent service from Charlie. 25% off certain cruises, made it such good value for solos., compared to some other cruise lines. Just had to make the most of the offers available.

Excellent service. Spoke to Charlie who has a lovely telephone manner. Booking was so easy. Got the cabin I wanted with Charlie’s help. He made it so straightforward I booked another one . Looking forward to both cruises.

A traveller trying hard to find a cruise with solo cabins available

I am a solo traveller so have to keep an eye on the offers as the cost can be very high and not always available for the cruise I would like to go on. It does take a lot of time searching for a cruise with solo cabins available.

Very slow to start with but improving as the cruise progressed, not as good as Ambience? Trying the Ambition next month.

Customer service & check-in/boarding procedure

Customer service advisers are knowledgeable, helpful and consistently courteous. My only criticism - which I don't want to overstate - is that the checking-in and boarding procedure on our last cruise with you on 20 September this year from Tilbury was not as swift and as smooth as we were expecting, based on our previous experiences when departing from that port.
