Easy and simple experience to book

This is our first booking with Ambassador Cruises. Very helpful with their advice with a follow up phone call to confirm an element of our online booking. The online booking process was very easy and straightforward. This made it a pleasant experience with no major issues. Well done Ambassador. So really looking forward to our cruise with them in 2026 which includes our 43rd wedding anniversary.

Lovely ship, amazing staff and food was lovely Being able to drive to Tilbury for joining cruise was so much easier than flying, even though it meant a 200 mile drive it was well worth it. Due to health issues it has been about 10 years since we cruised and we had a fabulous time. We were on the Jane Macdonald cruise and visited Nordic countries for the first time. As a result of how much we enjoyed our selves we have booked an other cruise with Ambassador.
