It was much easier to book a cruise on line than I thought and all went smooth;y

Booking is "Easy Peasy" for my old brain.

All straight forward and easy to understand.I am elderly and not great with internet but I find Ambassador booking online very easy.

As I was on a cruise last year with this same ship leaving from Dundee and knew what to expect I wasn't disappointed The boking was easy to complete and I did correspond with one of the staff on line who was very helpful. I am trying to get some other members of my family to join us as they did so last year.

I made this booking following having had to cancel a fly/cruise trip booked on Renaissance . Although over 4 months in the future Ambassador maintain they could not release any part of the deposit unless it was to another fly/cruise. My nwife and I have dealt with Ambassador several times since its formation and we have always had good service from them previously

Booking our Cruise with Ambassador online was so simple & straightforward. The thing that took the longest, was deciding which cabin on which deck we should go for. Looking at the deck plans was very helpful in making a decision. Looking fwd to a cruise on Ambience after having been for 2 on Ambition, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
