Phoned and able to speak to a nice lady in bookings within minutes. Booking process was easy and professional.

Good overall experience

The online booking was good clear instructions and descriptions of facilities telling you what to expect. we are now looking forward to joining the vessel at Tilbury. Filling out the forms was good and well guided through all the process making it easy to make and plan for the voyage.

Very good but there should been a warning about any prospective passenger over 85 should seek insurance first before committing to paying for the holiday.
