Waiting for confirmation after paying $800

I paid a $500 deposit for a cruise and have gotten no confirmation since that deposit. My friends are on the same cruise with me and the wife and husband both got welcome letters with confirmation details. I was told that three months before the trip for me to try to login and add my cruise info to my profile. Not cool

First impressions

Our first experience of Ambassador but all good so far. Found the booking process very easy. Confirmation took a while but did arrive in the end. When ringing to check on it staff were pleasant and efficient. Fingers crossed the efficiency continues 🤞🤞

This was our first experience booking with Ambassador and we are very impressed with the personal and professional service from everyone we spoke with. Quotes and all responses have been quick from all departments and we are now looking forward to the full on board experience.

Yes, but…

Seems a good company from what others say but wasn’t impressed with their ‘ free coach’ offer as it isn’t free they charge each passenger a minimum of £40 a suitcase… that’s not free is it? It doesn’t show until you have paid for the booking 😩 Hoping that they can provide full Vegan service as Bot states and times for coaches would be helpful for booking trains to and from London Hope it’s a good buy

Service was easy and booking was smooth. The site froze when booki g midships as it was full and i had to reapply to book the back of the ship.
