This is my first cruise with Ambassador, The booking process was very easy and customer service was very helpful, later I had a question and I emailed ambassador, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply almost immediately and my query had been dealt with , without fuss or delay. So far I cannot fault the service I have received from this company

Frustrated phone calls

Although we enjoy travelling with Ambassador we were extremely disappointed and angry at having to wait 40 minutes on the telephone yesterday and again today to make alterations to our booking. We gave up yesterday and rang at 9.00am this morning when your phone lines open and even then we had to wait 40 minutes for the phone to be answered. We feel this side of your organisation needs attention as it reflects badly on your company.

Excellent in way

Everything about the cruise is to a high standard, friendly staff and some of the best entertainment shows I've ever seen. Just booked our third cruise this year.
