I am only giving this review based on my booking process as I have not yet cruised on Ambassador . I booked through there on line website , I found it very user friendly and once I had chosen which ship and destinations I wanted to visit the whole process was very easy. I Recieved all my information and booking confirmation by the end of the same day.It was all very Clear what I had booked . A very easy booking process . Looking forward to the cruise

Awesome Customer Service

Excellent customer handling skills by my call handler . Never in 45 years plus of travelling has anyone advised me that a sharps box will be in our cabin. Awesome service. Easy to book and a very comprehensive call handler took our call. 10/10

It was very easy to use the booking system on line. However, found it quite frustrating to get through by telephone, waiting a long time. But once through found the operator to be very helpful.

Great booking by phone experience

The service from the chat line and the lady that I eventually booked the cruise through were very helpful and friendly and made it an easy task. The only small issues were with trying to book on line and being unable to select our cabin. I tried several time to use that route and finally concluded that I couldn't do that even though at first reading the option seemed to be there. I resorted to phoning to book. The first time I was cut off after 3-4 seconds, the second time I asked the assistant if she would wait a couple of minutes while I passed on the information to my wife. When I got back the line was dead. The third time, as I mentioned above, the lady was amazing. It was fortunate that I booked this way because the cabin have we selected, with help, has a walk in shower; the other available ones have showers over the bath which is not so suitable. If I had booked on line and had the cabin selected for me I probably wouldn't have been so lucky - It did cost an extra £100 though...

It took a long time before i got a reply from customer service and when I did they only answered part of my questions so it went back and forth several times until I had all my questions answered

Fantastic A friendly service from all staff members Wherever they were stations on board I booked a second. cruise whilst on board for 2026 and since arriving home I have booked the third cruise for early 2026.

We had to cancel a 42 night cruise and Ambassador have allowed us to split the deposit we had paid over two shorter length cruises one in 2026 and one in 2027. Excellent customer service .
