Perfect easy to understand and complete the booing

Did this trip at the beginning of this year with a different cruise line so eagerly looking forward to this one, thoroughly recommended on my previous experience.

All communications were polite a d friendly

Booking support? What booking support?? I looked for details to contact by email or phone to no avail. A chatbot did want to help me find my ‘ideal cruise’ but again did not respond to requests for this cruise.
