The first call I made a for basic enquiry but I felt he thought I was wasting his time. The next call I was treated in a much more professional way, i still had a few questions which were answered allowing me to make a decision. I still had to weigh my options up about which type of cabin etc. and I didn’t feel pushed into it. Quotes were emailed and a few options discussed. When I called to make the booking another person took my booking and said she would pass it on to the person I had spoken to earlier. I got the impression that if they are not on commission they have targets which would explain the first persons attitude as he realised that I wasn’t going to earn him any money.

Super easy and fast to book online. We have used ambassador several times. The ships are beautiful. The staff are wonderful. Doing a great job! The food is excellent. Good choices in all restaurants. Bar's are wonderful to!!
