We booked the cruise last year in November 2025 on Ambssador cruise ship. But when the final bill arrived, it did not show up the drinks complimentary package. I sent a email to check this. There returned email agreed that the drinks package has now been added. Also there services throughout are very good in all the years we have used them. 10 Stars +.

Quick efficient friendly

Solo travelling with Ambassador

I have found the reservations staff exceptionally helpful. As a solo passenger I find I cannot use the web site for bookings. But the staff soon sort me out with the cabin type I like and an acceptable deal. On board ship they have been very attentive and give great service. I am off on Ambience next month and have another trip next March already booked.

Very easy to book - it only took a few minutes to complete our booking We have been on several cruises before and we are looking forward to seeing how Ambassador compares to the others.

Michelle was very helpful when I made my booking. Going through all the details. And ensuring I was booking on the right side of the ship the starboard side so we would have the coast line all the way round. Explained the cost and when I would need to make and how further payments.

We had great service from Emma. We phoned to ask about a cruise and she was confident and clear in answering all our questions. She didn’t rush us with our queries and was happy to answer all our queries. She had a lovely pleasant manner. Emma helped us solve an issue on our invoice after we had booked the cruise the following day with a different member of staff. She was determined to solve the issue for us. Everything just fits as we have been tith Ambassador on more than one occasion. From placing your booking to arriving at Tilbury just so straightforward from off loading luggage, parking, boarding, visiting your cabin and then sitting having your first celebratory drink in under an hour 😀 😉 👍. You will have ajobto beat that with any other cruise line. Again the crew are amazing so is the food in both eating facilities I.e. waiter served or self service. All our cruises have been on their ship Ambience.
