Booked online and the whole process was straightforward, there wasn't an awful lot of choice for an inside cabin but that was our fault for not booking earlier. Quite happy with the choices we were able to make regarding cabin set-up and dining option. Had to ring reservations with one small query which was dealt with immediately.

Easy booking talking to a real person. Only downside is not told if I waited 2 days I would get nectar points and onboard spend, so missed out.

Audra was really helpful and polite. She answered all my queries and gave us all the relevant information to enable us to book our cruise.

Been before with Ambassador cruise line and I enjoyed it much.

Easy to book online but in their advertising it says a cabin of your choice but I only was offered a choice of 2 during the booking process.

Can’t be trusted on price

Did not address our issue. 24 hours after receiving our booking the cruise was reduced by a further 10%. We know prices fluctuate but within 24 hours of booking!!! Apparently there is no price promise or grace period so Ambassadors response is ‘tough’ this happens all cruise lines do this. From our experience all cruise lines don’t do this. So our advice is be careful about their marketing and price offers they may not be their lowest price.

Really excited & looking forward to our cruise

We telephoned Ambassador & spoke to Mark with a few Qs we had, Mark was extremely helpful & we did not feel under any pressure at all to book. At a later stage we booked online. We decided to book online as it was late & customer service was closed & we needed to meet a deadline date for a particular offers available. Quite straightforward.

Mitt so great. Disappointing

My nectar card not taken into account and second passenger name incorrectly shown on invoice even though I spelled it out when booking on phone. Phoned next morning to get it sorted. Name corrected but Nectar card disregarded as “Too late” so I missed out on my Bectar points. A pretty poor show Ambassador. I’m shocked. Ambassador have always been obliging in the past.

Excellent cruise with Ambassador

Fantastic cruise with Ambassador. Excellent service from start to finish. Food, activities and entertainment where amazing. Would highly recommend and will be returning. Huge shout out to Anam and Tiger for their excellent service in the main dining restaurant.
