Unable to book online

Unable to book online tried for two days so rang in the end. Very helpful operator who did my booking for me. I have not received my email with confirmation yet although deposit has been taken from bank card.

Pat my wife and I think the ambassador service is perfect , I made a few mistakes in booking the cruise but the person I was emailing was very professional her name was Jane , couple of people working for Ambassador cruise need mentioning Ruth Natasha Emma along with all the staff

Easy to make a booking. Great company who we have sailed with before and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else who are thinking about using them.

Booking Process Was Easy But With 1 Issue.

Site easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth right up to the point where I wanted to link my nectar card to be able to use some of the points on it. Whilst the site was happy to add my nectar card to be able to collect points the linking process simply failed even though I was using the correct information. This with multiple attempts. The option forgotten/change password also failed multiple times though I was able to log onto my nectar account in another tab in my browser using the same information. In the end I changed my nectar password via my browser at which point I was able to link my nectar card on your site. If it wasn't for that this would have been a 5 star review.

Easy booking pricess

The booking process was quick and easy. I had an issue with my Nectar card but that was remedied quickly. The information on the dashboard is clear.

Amazing ! Only feedback I would say that food should be available after 11pm that's included not just room service

Very smooth process in booking. And the app is great to use. I need to call about the parking voucher, and the call was answered very quickly. The guest services advisor solved the problem very quickly.

The lady on the telephone was very very helpful, she answered my questions totally and explained everything to me on detail. I had explained to her that I am new to cruising and she shared my excitement

Hi, the friendly party atmosphere, the food, the staff, the cabins, the organisation - the entertainment were all top shelf and very enjoyable. Ok - so i was a part of the entertainment, however i was looking at the experience through the eyes of the customer. i spoke to many customers about the cruise. There was a general level of excitement that was palpable. People were having fun enjoying all that was on offer and preparing anxiously to get into the party mode for the evenings entertainment. Very, very good - in fact excellent. i had a great time - Rod Stephen (Björn Again)

Booking was OK, but nearly a week later still not received my confirmation email.

On the whole very good. However your staff's English could ge better

Pricing advertised not honoured

The website could not cope with the level of bookings going through it on the date I was trying to book the final Jane MacDonald cruise and as a result I was unable to book the cabin I wanted at the price that was displayed. Similarly it was impossible to get through by phone, this should have been anticipated and resourced accordingly. Furthermore the pre sales pricing information was not honoured by Ambassador, although an agent phoned me many hours later and passed the blame of this to Live Nation, I do not accept this as Ambassador should have locked in the agreed advertised pricing as part of the charter contract, and honoured it over the pre sale weekend, especially in respect of the drinks package pricing that was heavily advertised and Ambassador branded.

Great cruise company

Easy to book, with very helpful sales rep. I have cruised with Ambassador once before & was pleasently surprised with how friendly the staff were. Looking forward to this next cruise.
