Easy booking

Booking was easy! I would suggest an easier way to look at deck plan while choosing cabin! Also we wanted to tell ambassador when booking that it’s a trip for our silver wedding anniversary but there was no where to add that information

Can only give 8 at the moment as havent been away yet!

Will let you know when i have been on my cruise but so far its five stars!

Simple no nonsense cruising

Been an ambassador cruise fan for approx 2 years tried others but ambassador have real no nonsense approach which I like.good food great cabins good entertainment what more could you ask for.

Love Ambassador cruises, and not too far to travel to Tilbury

Have sailed with them several times, brilliant and all staff happy and can't do enough for you, have booked another cruise and will be taking a small suitcase sized mobility scooter with us for day trips. Other cruise lines said no all accessible rooms booked, so looking forward to our trip in March.

Booking on line was easy, but didn't realise I had to create an account to choose dinner time, share with another cabin etc. Perhaps make that clearer to first time cruisers

Easy booking with Ambassador

Excellent customer care regarding the initial booking to answering any queries later on. Very helpful staff

The waitingtime was some minutes. The first three consultants could not do anything with my problem. The last consultants fixed it in an instant.

Great ship, even better staff but solo price too high.

I booked on line so had no contact with the booking staff. My only gripe is that solo price is almost as much as the double occupancy price. Ambassador is always my first choice.

Lovely cruise company

We enjoyed our first ever cruise on a smaller ship, with lovely staff, good food and entertainment and a clean comfortable cabin.

So good I'm taking the family

It is on a par with everything else about this brand - excellent. We had our first cruise with Ambassador (and first cruise ever) this June to Iceland. My wife and I absolutely loved everything about it and have booked 3 more, including one for my grown up children as well to celebrate my retirement.
