Brilliant Cruiseline

Brilliant as always. Professional yet friendly and extremely helpful.We always go with Ambassador and although we prefer to be on ambience we have also been on Ambition.

Online booking easy to navigate

Once I got to book online it was very easy. Trying to contact the phone line was impossible and no call back received.

Friendly staff member

Took ages to get on the website to book a balcony cabin . Unable to book so settled for an ocean view instead . When I received a phone call the assistant was very friendly so I was able to upgrade to a balcony cabin. So very happy with the outcome

Excellent by phone, but your website crashed earlier and I was waiting for two hours by refreshing my screen to no avail. If you have a dedicated service for a charter cruise you really should have the means to deal with it when it goes on sale

Excellent service by phone, having looked at online system (still good but I am old fashioned). All dealt with, queries answered. Hope cruise is as good as this year's

Best cruise ever

This was one of the friendlist cruises I have ever been on. The crew, officers, clients, infact everyone were fantastic. The entertainment (particularly Alex the opera singer) were suburb and infact equaled the west end.
