I have done several cruises with ambassador ambience the service is excellent food is excellent and the cabin cleaning staff are always smiling and polite never a problem the only find hard is to try and book a solo cruise, I always travel with my daughter but I would love to do one on my own. Will be of on the 31 August second cruise this year.

An exciting Cruise with great entertainment.

I have just booked for October and it's my first time cruising with Ambassador. I am awaiting a confirmation e-mail so I can use my Booking Number to access my account. Looking forward to it and will have more to review after the event.

Was unable to book car parking facilities during the booking process or on the app. Waiting for customer services to respond to my email. Disappointed with the number of singe cabins on offer.

Excellent website with easy navigation. Setting up my account was easy. Lots of information provided in the initial documentation and the cruise descriptions made it easy to choose the right cruise for me and my Sister. Looking forward to returning next year following a wonderful cruise on Ambience on 25th June this year. Thank you.

Misleading advertising

I felt that I wasn’t told the truth. I was told that only Ocean View cabins were available then when the operator realised I wouldn’t book if that was the case, she suddenly said two internal cabins had become available. However they were more expensive than those advertised. Additionally port taxes weren’t included in the price, so this was misleading.

Having had two previous Ambassador cruises meal experiences ruined by having to share our table with others they will not confirm a table for two persons.
