Service was very straightforward . Although we are not going on the cruise for two years, so can't really say any more.

A very easy process

It was very easy to book my next cruise. I've been on Ambience before but didn't book that myself. Any small glitches, were quickly sorted without fuss. The next steps are clearly marked in 'My Ambassador Sailing' so I'll be easy to see what I need to do.

Value for money ,great food, friendly staff,, fabulous shows , great ports

Perfect in every way ,the staff member was great he covered every aspect of our booking. The only annoyance was had we booked the morning after we would have got an extra 5% off due to England winning the football. One other thing. nothing to do with the booking but please please try to do more cruises from Liverpool.

I was able to select a cruise easily on the website, great filters. Having selected my cruise it was very easy to select a cabin of my choice. Prices were transparent for each step I made. I now have a cruise booked with a deposit paid, very exciting.

I have cruised with Ambassador twice in the past and have three more cruises booked with them in the future. The booking process has always been efficient. The communication after booking and in the build up before the departure date is good. The welcome on board and friendliness of staff during the cruise is great. All my experiences have been pleasant and enjoyable and I am looking forward to my upcoming cruises. I would recommend to friends and family. Great value, good entertainment, good destinations and lots to do on board.

I tried today to ring your Reservations team to book. Both times i could not get through to speak to anyone! Eventually i booked online, which took 2 attempts. Why i booked was because of your offer BUY ONE GET OTHER PASSENGER HALF PRICE

Easy booking and great cruising!

Having booked online several times before with Ambassador, I found the booking process easy to do. The booking confirmation email was prompt and so I could Log In to My Ambassador Sailing and enter all my relevant details.

You need to book.

Lovely ships, great destinations. Easy to book and keep an eye on the booking. Good daily excursions.
