The lady on the phone was very helpful and patient ensuring we chose the best option for our group. We needed accessible cabins and she took the time to discuss location, measurements and facilities.

Not as easy to book on line as it should be.

Whilst the booking seemed easy on line I was meant to be able to choose 1st or 2nd dining - There was nothing to enable me to do this.

Spoilt the whole experience

cruises are great but telephone service is terrible.I have wasted over half an hour trying to book car parking and still not connected.This really lets you down and id putting me opff travelling with you again which is a great shame
