The warmest, friendliest ship with loyalty!

I am happy with the service I received. Having been on Ambassador cruise line before, and we have been on loads of other cruise lines, i do think ambassador cruise line has filled a gap in the market. The ship, ambience is a great size, all of the staff are excellent and there is continuity of staff on the ship so they must feel valued as it shows they are very happy and they also remember you from your previous sailing with them, so the customers feel valued as well.. Having spoken to other customers, they all say the same and they keep returning and it means alot when the staff remember them, so well done for allowing the same staff to work continually as it works both ways to gain loyalty. Great traditional ship that hasn’t gone mad about using ‘smart’ systems like alot of the other liners do and this makes other liners a total let down. We have had so many problems with the liners that do and it has also been very stressful for other customers. I would definitely recommend ambassador!

Brilliant. I made a gross error when making my original booking. When I phoned for help I was reassured and given alternative cruises and made a different booking. No judgement from the person who assisted me, only kindness and professionalism.

Unfeeling customer service

Had to cancel a future holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancelled 7 months in advance but they were adamant I could not have deposit refund. Very unsupportive, no empathy or apologies. Had to reschedule for next year so I wouldn't lose deposit but had to book a holiday of same value plus had to pay an extra 100 to move the booking. Tried 3 times to call them but was on hold for 35 mins + each time. Eventually I got through and got it sorted. Hooe the holiday is worth it or I will be leaving a review. I really would rather not go but could not justify loosing £400

Very easy to find a cruise with lots of search filters. Lots of information about the cruise, the ship and destinations. Very easy to select cabin options and flight options. Customer service were fantastic with a query I had after booking and resolved it politely, efficiently and quickly. Cruise is not until next year so cannot comment on that yet, but booking was simple and easy.
