Online booking easy and to add drinks package flight upgrades was straightforward The online portal to look at your booking had all the information I needed

This is my 4 ambassador cruise I have booked with travel agent before this is the first time in the phone I was a bit unsure about the paperwork I don't have a printer but the lady I spoke to at ambassador was most helpful and explained everything to me I don't need to print it will all be on my phone she was very helpful
