The service is good overall. The cabin staff were pleasant. Medea was excellent and ensured the cabin was always perfect. The serving staff at our table were fantastic. One thing I missed in the bathroom was a handheld shower. I have problems with my ears, so I cannot use an overhead

This is I must see show

My wife and I had a seven nights cruise with Ambassador Cruise Line. A cabins was very clean and tidy every day the cleaner was very professional in his job and very polite. The Food. was a very high standard and plenty of food throughout the and there was lots to do on the ambience vessel that we was on. There was entertainment in every bar every night and during the day we went especially for the Jane McDonald show on board she was outstanding through out her performances and compared by Ritchie Anderson and guest stars Mary Mac (drag artist brilliant and funny) yes and also on the stage was Billy Connolly (comedian extraordinaire) and bonkers bingo was the best laugh I’ve had in a long time. And it’s sad to hear that 2027 is Jane McDonald’s last performance on the cruise ships. She will be sadly missed and it was an exceptional experience to be there.

Ambassador site easy, cruises brilliant !!!!

First time that a booking has been done on line, normally go to Hays travel agents, Basildon. I found the process of booking direct with Ambassador very easy to do. Will book a cruise this way again.

Very nice professional gentleman on the phone. I then booked on line which was simple to do.

Excellent service and value for money

We've sailed with Ambassador several times, and we've always felt the service on board really friendly, increasingly better organised, and very good value for money. The generally older demographic suits us, but provision addresses the needs of a wider age spectrum, given that there are little or no provisions for children except on multi-generational cruises, when they are run. We've just booked another cruise for 2028, which demonstrates our belief in the brand.

Took us a bit longer than expected. But subsequently learned that the website was extremely busy! Once we got the hang of it we managed to complete the booking OK!

100% perfect cruise we enjoyed our cruise with Jane and made friends to keep in touch with, sadly we didn’t see Jane this time never mind the shows the experience can never take away the joy of the whole cruise breath taking my lovely wife 79 me being 82 we have nothing to complain about staff brilliant they deserve to be staff on the cruise we have booked next years cruise hoping we are both still alive to be there all booked we met two years ago Pat is my whole life letting enjoy something she never had all her life until I come along we are truly married and love love each other Pat & Barry Daniels MBE, I could go on all day you had the whole lots of lovely people and families enjoying something they have never experienced before we are off in the April Ambience around England then Jane again my wife told Jane at a show pet said Jane I’m living the dream with my Barry took her 73 years
