Although our itinerary had to be changed due to a really bad storm ambassador put together another interesting itinerary for us &!offered 50% off another booking to see the northern lights which was more than generous the ship was very clean staff were excellent & food & entertainment was first class

Good food, great entertainment, friendly staff, very clean. You need to be very slim to fit in the bathroom of a single cabin on Ambition! There could have been better communication when waiting in a long unmoving queue for the tender. Receptionist just pointed me to the app rather than explaining something to me which wasn't very helpful. All in all though, it was a very enjoyable cruise and I have booked again with Ambassador

AMAZING. Within 15 minutes I had booked for 2 couples in suites, all questions answered regarding 1 passengers mobility issues. Felt fully confident when ending the call that I had all the information I needed. Have done almost 30 cruises with other companies and never had such efficient informative booking service.

I have just booked on line as usual very straight forward Got great deal with COTW we love what ambassador has to offer it’s our Family at sea This will be our 17th cruise since the line began and we have two more booked When dealing with stag. In office the are always very helpful and polite

An enjoyable British Cruise

We both enjoy Ambassador Cruises. They have a definate British feel about them. Going from Tilbury makes our journey relatively easy. The booking in is very straight forward. A porter was ready to take our suitcases. It allowed us to concentrate on the paperwork which was very straightforward. The food is excellent with plenty of choice. The entertainment and talks are informative and enjoyable. We booked a second cruise in the summer, perhaps a little too early as we did not the free parking on offer now. Annoying.

Norwegian cruise

There online booking is easy and once you receive your booking confirmation you can access your online account to make or add changes. Once on board (I have sailed with them in 3 occasions) the service is exceptional. Everything makes for a relaxing time would highly recommend.
