I have cruised with Ambassador 5 times since June 2025 and enjoyed every one. The service I received on the latest booking was , as usual, very good.

Very quick and efficient service over the phone . Agent listened and addressed our requirements and concerns. Conformation email was received quickly stating all items agreed apart from conformation of our allotment cabins.

Another excellent cruise with Ambassador.

The service was excellent as it always was. We have done 4 cruises with Ambassador and have just booked another for next year. Everything was perfect from the cabin stewards to the restuarant staff. The entertainment was wonderful and the ship's crew were professional throughout.

Easy to follow and good information given on destinations, trying a short trip firstvto see if its right for us, have seen a few youtubes and all looks good. Then its looking forca longer trip.

I won this cruise as a part of a competition with Klass and 118 cruises and I don’t know who was at fault but it has taken me 6 weeks to get my booking confirmed and cabin allocated since I supplied my details to them.

Hi, Just seems a bit strange that you are asking me what I think of the service when I have yet to set foot on the ship..?? ask me after. All i have done thus far is add information to a web site.. We are however looking forward very much to the cruise.. cheers..
