Our first ever cruise, and already booked again. Absolutely nothing to not like. Shop spotless, staff all excellent without exception. Cabins cleaned daily and towels changed. Excellent food. Good range actives , our captain kept us safe when bad weather approached and de toured. From entering car park at Tilbury to leaving it , whole experience stress free!!!!

It's impossible to speak to anyone once you've booked. You're told you can do everything you need by logging on to your account. The problem is I can't do that as they don't send me a link to my email to verify it!! I've tried several times, checked my junk, but still nothing. This is my first cruise, so not impressed.

Polite, helpful, caring, fun, attention to detail. Great food!! The activities, shows etc were tip top, so delightful. Brilliant ship, so well cared for and laid out. Efficient, helpful. Comfortable cabins and lounge areas, easy to get around the decks. All the staff, especially the restaurant waiters were great. The Spa was a lovely way to spend ‘pampering’ time with some excellent treatments. All in all a happy a wonderful cruise experience.
