I had hosed the cruise on line but felt is was better to book directly with the company..it was very easy to negotiate through all the different options along the way through the booking.this wouldn’t have happened with an on line booking …I was able to choose seats and apply any additional things as required .. Emma helped me make my choice of additional extras ( or not in some cases )
