I have only used the telephone booking service but had to make two calls, they were absolutely perfect and sorted out my booking politely and professionally. Both times the phone was answered almost immediately and both the people who helped me were excellent.

Booked entirely online. Good information online to make the choice. Prefer booking directly with the cruise line.

Excellent, TV needs modernisation, Better Communication Required.

The cruise itinerary, buffet food and cabin were excellent, as was our cabin steward (Odesa); Buffet steward/cabin steward (Hera), and Buffet Hot Plate steward (Hendrick). We booked our next cruise with Future Sales (Veronica) who was business like but was dis-interested in ourselves. There was a lack of communication when we had late departures from Bristol and Cobh. The Television Channels are very basic and need a serious update to modernise the programmes and schedules.
