I thought I had booked cruise for 2025 after I had paid I suddenly realised this cruise was for 2027 Within 10 minutes of me paying for cruise I contacted customer services and told them of my mistake and wanted a short cruise of same description battle of the bands or similar or a refund Nothing similar from my destination point in north tyneside was available for this year so I asked for refund Only refund was £0 with a loss of £400. Now surely I would have a accepted a administration fee .but COME OFF IT YOU WANTED All of my deposite. THIS is quite unfair for a simple mistake After all this booking was online I had done all of the work and no one else helped You need a clause to amend after cheque point Would not recommend your services again or cruise this is the way you treat customers I've kept my booking because I'm unwilling to loose my deposit And deposit was £400 and full costnof my crusise was £478 Why is deposit so much!!!!!!!!!¡¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
