Very good, with the exception of booking parking at Tilbury Docks, most confusing as to whether it is free or not, so I am still yet to book my parking.

They sorted out a problem we had, concerning my wife having had both her knees replaced and not being able to travel with the cruise line on a booked cruise quickly, by allowing us to move the trip to the next year. The people who helped us on the phone and email, were very sympathetic, polite, patient and professional. We did not lose our deposit, paid for the original trip, but it was kept by the cruise line, as deposit for the new cruise. A wonderful, efficient and caring company to deal with and a great result for my wife and I. Very satisfied. Thank you. Tony Sharley.

My Ambassador Cruise

I found it extremely easy to book my cruise with a deposit and clear information of the next steps, e.g when l have to pay the balance of my holiday. I decided to book with Ambassador as l have relatives who travel regularly with them and highly recommend
