Ambassador Reviews

Мы стали поклонниками Ambassador

Мы с мужем были пока только в одном круизе в 2025 году, но после этого забронировали ещё два . Это говорит о том, что мы очень довольны Ambassador cruise line.

Future Cruise Booking issue but resolved with great Ambassador Teamwork

Lauren in Guest Relations and Emma in Customer Services were both excellent.

Excellent service

Very helpful reservation assistant, providing all the information I needed. The booking was completed quickly and the promised email wad sect there and then.

Service was a bit slow and had to keep chasing paperwork

Everything was very simple and easy, staff very polite

New Reservation

Efficient, polite, professional.

Friendly Customer Service

I thought the customer service agent was helpful in rebooking my cruise, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Already booked again!!!!

Our first ever cruise, and already booked again. Absolutely nothing to not like. Shop spotless, staff all excellent without exception. Cabins cleaned daily and towels changed. Excellent food. Good range actives , our captain kept us safe when bad weather approached and de toured. From entering car park at Tilbury to leaving it , whole experience stress free!!!!

Ambassador cruise line very friendly helpful staff

Very straightforward booking system and follow up service

This is just for the booking, not experienced the cruise yet.

It's impossible to speak to anyone once you've booked. You're told you can do everything you need by logging on to your account. The problem is I can't do that as they don't send me a link to my email to verify it!! I've tried several times, checked my junk, but still nothing. This is my first cruise, so not impressed.

Anather cruise with Ambassador

Booking a sailing via the website was easy and straight forward and does not require much "service".

If in doubt phone us.

Although I booked online I did ring your office to check whether the booking had gone through. The pleasant lady who answered was extremely understanding and helpful. We have used the phone system before and always found very helpful staff with their great knowledge of problem solving suggestions.

Outstanding, amazing, awesome, a dream come true!!

Polite, helpful, caring, fun, attention to detail. Great food!! The activities, shows etc were tip top, so delightful. Brilliant ship, so well cared for and laid out. Captain and staff were amazing, I couldn’t fault them in any way. The change of course due to Storm David was handled very well indeed. Huge huge thanks to everyone who made the cruise such a success.

Excellent Service

The service was excellent with great help and patience. Good not have been better.

Excellent all round service

Ambassador is a great cruiseline….friendly staff, great food and 5 ⭐️ shows

Efficient, helpful. Comfortable cabins and lounge areas, easy to get around the decks. All the staff, especially the restaurant waiters were great. The Spa was a lovely way to spend ‘pampering’ time with some excellent treatments. All in all a happy a wonderful cruise experience.

Happy sailing

I have taken 2 cruises with Ambassador. Their website is clear and straightforward. All their staff are helpful and friendly. I would be happy to recommend them.

Leave me alone

I’ve booked a cruise with you. Great. Not great is your asking for reviews already from a third party. Leave me alone
