Efficient Booking System

it was easy to book the cruise as everything was explained very clearly. It was good to be able to see the deck plans in such detail to be able to book a particular cabin. We are travelling with friends, it was simple to choose the same dining plan as they had. Also delighted at the low cost of the deposit!

We received first class service from our cabin steward to our table / wine waiters everybody we spoke to were very friendly the receptionist was very helpful and helpful with our enquiries...The staff helping with embarkment at port were very considerate to our mother who is in a wheelchair taking time and care to help our mother

Difficult to find the GHR cruise on the website and to log on

Had great difficulty logging on to book the Greatest Hits Radio cruise and t took several attempts each time I tried, only being successful twice out of about 10 attempts. If my husband had not been so keen to do this cruise I would not have persisted!

Online process was straight forward.Response time to email query was quick. A little clarity on time delay needed to register my Ambassador Sailing Account [which I worked out myself]would have smoothed things over.
