The lady I spoke to when I booked was very efficient and knowledgeable. However, 4 days later I still haven't received confirmation of my booking! She said I would receive an email in about an hour!!

Unimpressed with booking

I haven’t had any confirmation whatsoever AND when I try to log in, it states it’ll send me an email link and I don’t receive anything. Not at all impressed! So much so, I’m now wondering if I did it all through a scam!!
