Easy to change

Circumstances dictated a transfer of cruises due to flight changes, and Ambassador made it an easy process to move from cruise to cruise.

Booking online was easy. I had to speak to customer services and was impressed with the response time and assistant.

Ease of booking

The online booking interface is user friendly. I look forward to experiencing the service on board.

Only booked a holiday so far

Great service

Booking online easy but no cabins. Telephoned and got quick reply and was found a perfect cabin at a good price. They gave me the online discount too.

Warm friendly with excellent food and entertainment

This will be my 4th cruise with them and every one has been special and I am hoping for the same this time

Changes to Booking

Excellent and helpful service. We wanted to change our cruise, and this was carried out most efficiently.

Absolutely amazing Ambassador

We always receive superb service from Ambassador Cruise line. Booking to being onboard is just the best experience. Great homely ships, fabulous food, superb entertainment and the crew are amazing. Looking forward to our next three cruises 💜

We made a phone call to add port parking to our booking. Phone answered promptly and booking successfull.

A good on line experience!

The booking was relatively easy to navigate on line. Would have liked to have been acknowledged up front as an existing customer but otherwise a good experience.

Brill

Very helpful, efficient and straightforward. Only thing I didn't like was the repetitive holding music/song.

Tailored to British tastes

We think Ambassador is about the best cruise line we've used. It's tailored to British tastes. Travelling from Tilbury makes the start of the journey easier. We've found the food and service excellent and not being huge ships we get the personal touch. The entertainment is also excellent.
