I initially asked a question on the “chat” on the website. After a few minutes I was in a conversation with Kelly who said she would ring me and she did as promised a few minutes later. She was able to make my booking for me over the phone as I had been unable to get the Black Friday deal to activate online. She was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you!

Christmas cruising with Ambassador

Great value for money especially with the free drinks. Went on a Christmas cruise last year and enjoyed it so much, we are doing it again this year and now booked for next year.
