The people that dealt with my booking were very helpful and efficient; considering that I didn’t at first give all relevant information necessary for a group booking.

Fantastic experience

Great customer service, great accommodation and food. We felt really looked after throughout the cruise. Staff were really quick to answer any questions had. Service was quick, effective and efficient. Food was great - a real treat with fabulous options. Great opportunity to relax onboard … a real treat.

Hard to rate a company with out having any contact with them.

I haven't spoken or have had dealings with anyone from Ambassador. Everything I have booked has been on line. So of course I can't rate any experience with The people at Ambassador. But it is easy to use the Web site.

The service was good but the operator got the deposit wrong so we had to pay 25% deposit not what he first quoted.

Could have been better

The person who took my booking was not particularly engaging. Had I not really wanted to book this cruise I might have given up. I got the impression that they were simply just going through the options robotically.
