Easy to book on the App

Easy and straightforward to use app. Also Easy to navigate to car park booking page. Haven't needed to contact Ambassador yet, as I only booked last night, but I know from previous cruises with them that they are super helpful and efficient.

The agent spoke clearly - what a pleasant change from many telephone services - and was very helpful. He was aware of me as a previous customer (I've never know that before with Ambassador) so had my personal details quickly to hand.

Book your holiday quick and easy

Easy to book, by telephone, no long wait in a queue. Travel sales consultant was extremely helpful, clear and concise. Invoice and details of cruise and booking arrived immediately by email so we could check through our booking in comfort of our own home. The whole process was quick and easy, particularly for customers who want to pick up a phone and speak to a person, but for those who want to book online they have that option to do so. Everyone's a winner..

Booking process

Charlie, was very good, took the booking efficiently, answered questions, and confirmed processes. ,.. Wasn't happy that the credit card didn't go through the first time and had to be re-entered 'securely' on a different phone line.

Excited about my first trip on Ambassador

as a Brit living overseas I valued that I could easily access the site and book with no apparent blocks :) I also phoned and was impressed with the agent's patience and candid advice regarding cabin type, that led me to book without hesitation.

Cameron on the chat service was really helpful. I was amazed when I received an email from him the following day checking in with me. Great customer service!! Karen and Marie were also very helpful and informative. In general, all the staff I spoke to were great! A good impression so far! Looking forward to my first solo cruise. Would be nice if I get a cabin upgrade, that would be an added bonus to my new cruise journey ....

Did everything for my booking

Excellent went through everything and booked it all for us. Was really an easy way to go about booking the holiday. Also matched us up to the others we were travelling with. Very helpful from start to finish.
