Poor quality food

Poor quality food. The service was very good but the staff couldn't do anything about the Luke warm food

Excellent customer service, from embarkation to disembarking. Ambassador entertainment, all crew and staff are so friendly and helpful. Love the ships and destinations. Thankyou all, thanks to Jane Macdonald and all her star guests including the entertainment team.

Fun time on Jane Mcdonald Cruise

Thoroughly enjoyed my week on Ambition, my first time on Ambassador Cruise Line. Although an older ship, her communal areas are beautiful, the cabins are very comfortable, clean with lots of storage, just a bit dated. Had the premium drinks package which doesn't include water, I feel it should be included. Food is of a good standard in the buffet and main dinning, we tried the specialty dinning, The Grill and Saffron, both were excellent. The only food that wasn't great was the poolside Grill. Entertainment was fantastic on the Jane Mcdonald cruise, so much fun. Great service from the crew. Have booked another cruise, as enjoyed it so much! Thank you for a great week.
